As the Owner of McGhee & Associates, LLC Kimberly oversees the daily activities of the Team ensuring that we are performing high quality support to everyone. She is the primary contact for all Administrative actions such as SOWs, Payroll, and IBO acceptances.
As the Administrative Assistant, Kiera performs a variety of functions to each CSP is getting the support that they need. As a Recruiter she assists with helping new CSP's get thru the admissions process.
Susan Holman, Recruiter
As our main Recruiter, Susan recruits new CSP's and assists them with the admissions She ensures that new CSP's have a good understanding on how the business functions before they make the commitment to become part of our IBO.
Jolene Trobough, Certification Coordinator
As our Certification Coordinator, Jolene will talk to all new CSP's joining the IBO and recommend certification courses that will best suit their skillsets. Additionally, she is the primary contact for all new/current CSP's going thru a certification course.
Mena Soto, Quality Support Coordinator
As our Quality Support Coordinator, Mena will be your main point of contact for any client that you are servicing. She will ensure that you are performing quality work for your client and while maintaining your metrics.
